Trek On

I've been watching Star Trek since I was born. My dad has always been an avid SciFi reader and fan, and I can remember watching the series in syndication with him before I could even speak. In high school Star Trek: the Next Generation ate up many of my Saturday nights (not as if I had the money it takes to run around and do things).

Anyway, like so many other geeks I ended up watching the most recent Trek series Enterprise last night. I was pretty impressed. In fact, it looks like the Trek writers finally figured out what worked with Babylon 5 ... my all time favorite series.

I'm not much of a TV watching type of person. In fact, I very nearly forgot about the new show, but happened to read some other goth geeks ranting about it on a local email list I'm on. See, there is a good reason to join email lists.

Favorite Treks

I believe you can tell something about a person based on the music they listen to, the films they like, and also ... their favorite episodes of Trek. =)

I used to actually want to stay home on Star Trek nights. Now it is only something to watch while eating dinner or something.
