BunnyStomps Birthday!

Yesterday I went to BunnyStomps house where her folks hosted a birthday dinner for her. Yummy food. What seems to be a pattern now is I get there on time (sometimes late) and others show up much much later. *sigh* I suspect this is because I am one person and others are usually happy couples.

Spring (yes, she was at the party too) asked if I wanted to go to see Mixer DJ on Thursday, but I just can not. I originally had hoped (weeks ago) that we both would have a blast at the Assemblage 23 show on Tuesday night, but she has something important with Wingtip (her boyfriend), so I gave her the ticket I bought for her to give to somebody else. I hope it does not go to waste, because I could have dragged somebody from here down instead. I am still a bit hurt that she will not be going with me. I am going to miss her.

The irony of the breakup is I did talk to my mom briefly. I told her that Spring broke up with me. I then told her we had an open relationship and she had another boyfriend. It is ironic that after the relationship I tell my family about it. It is good however, because when (I am sure I will again someday) I am in another poly relationship, it should not be an issue. I guess I did learn something. I can just tell my family, "Hey, this is the way things are." Well at least my mom.

So tomorrow is the Assemblage 23 show and I have that meeting with my therapist.

Other news, my home ISP is still not allowing me to connect in. Work is still ... well work. I have to figure out why the model results for a salinity study look so bad. I have a theory it is due to the ANN we use, but I must check this first. The current ANN was calibrated using a different Delta geometry, and this does make a difference. I also seem to be having a serious loss in water, which is showing up only in my Net Delta Outflow parameter.
