Storm Aftermath

Well the storm stopped around 8 PM, but that was long enough to knock down several trees in Davis, pond lots of water in the fields around Davis, and knock down a building in Sacramento! Yeah, there is this old building near the comic shop I frequent that got knocked down yesterday. They had to reroute the light-rail trains do to the building debris. Fortunately nobody was in the building and it was a true eyesore.

Tonight I'll probably head out on a hunt to price memory cards for my future sister-in-law, get a Transformers DVD or Civilization video game for myself. But who am I kidding! I don't have the time to watch the DVDs or play the games I already have! (Well, the Civ III game I'll play via email against my brother, and nobody will be the wiser that we�ll be trading a turn every other day!)

Oh well, I have more precipitation data that bears looking at. I'm trying to figure out how one model makes use of incomplete historical data, so I can come up with a regional precipitation estimate ... oh wait! I just figured it out! =)
