LEGO Porn & Dizzy Spells

I've been meaning to write, as a lot of things have happened in the past week. But the cold I had several weeks ago still has left me fairly weak. I've also been trying to spend time with Bronco and Redwood (both of whom are naturally stressed as they work full time and go to school part time to study for their Professional Engineers exam). Then on top of that, I've been spending time helping Bronco and Cloud move. Not much, but some time.

So my dizziness spells continued through this current weekend. Last Sunday my mom, sister, and Shells all convinced me to finally see a doctor. I did and got the results of my blood work back on Tuesday. Apparently I have exceptionally high iron levels. My blood sugar levels are fine. And there are no traces of mono in my system.

Apparently my cold is just a nasty cold. But for a couple of days I was seriously worried, as when I was a child I did have anemia, my mother's brother is diabetic (and my diet is erratic), and finally I felt like I did when I had mono a year ago.

Needless to say, I've been trying to get to bed early most nights, but Friday night and Saturday night this week I partied a bit too much. (I'll talk about these nights later this week ... lots of nudity though.) ;)

LEGO movies

Thursday night I went to Redwood's, as I haven't had a chance to hang out with just him in a while. I know that when I move to the Bay Area, that I'll want to spend at least 1 weekend a month with him (if he'll have me).

His LEGO town rocks! OK, I think he needs more, but he has been bit by the customization bug, and is considering designing his own buildings and structures. His plans sound fun.

He was kind enough to give me some extra parts from some of the sets I had as kid but lost. Now most of my sets are mostly complete. He is the best this way. To quote redwood, "I feel better knowing that I've helped somebody restore their childhood." I think this is why I like him the most. He really values "play".

So after looking at his town, Redwood loaded onto his computer some on-line animation called "the Adventures of Rick and Steve". Each episode is filmed using LEGO people ... I laughed my ass off. It has a South Park sort feel, but no kids. Personally I only sorta like South Park. But this was funny. Try searching for it.
